No. We don't charge sales tax.
We allow 45 days from the time of purchase to return the item.If the device is non-functional or defective,contact us via e-mail or phone correspondence. Returns are at the expense of the customer. We reimburst the return shipping expense as well as the full product price when recieved at our facility. Initial Shipping expenses are not refundable. Please pack all accessories and documents in the original packaging. Any accessories or documents that are missing will be debited from your refund to recover lost items. Please return the item to the address listed to the 45-Day Return Policy within the 45 day time-frame from your date of purchase(We do not process RMA's). A 15% restocking and depreciation fee will apply if the product is not defective and as materially described. A full refund will equal to the purchase product price & the return shipping expense. Initial Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
No.There is no minimum dollar or quantity amount.
Orders will be processed in 24-48 hours after payment. Shipping may take 5 to 10(in extreme situations and cases) business days to deliver after processing. This excludes Saturday and Sunday. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Note:Payments and orders processed after Friday 4pm(EST) will not be processed until Monday. Payments made on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until Monday. *WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL eChecks. ANY ORDERS PAID BY WAY OF PAYPAL eCHECK WILL BE VOIDED IN 24-48 HOURS*
We use FedEx,USPS, or UPS at our discretion. Which ever is faster to get your products to you.
After orders are processed, we will e-mail you and provide you a tracking confirmation number. If needed, we will provide signature confirmation upon request.
Yes.We currently provide services to the United States, United Kingdom,Australia,and Canada. Please keep in mind that orders overseas may take 14 to 28 days to deliver. All overseas orders will be provided with a tracking number and signature confirmation. With this service, USPS will be used as the shipping carrier. Note:Payments and orders processed after Friday 4pm(EST) will not be processed until Monday. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until Monday. ***Please also be aware that buyer/customer must be diligent and held liable for all cost incurred via Import Tax/VAT fees(Buyer pays all import taxes and fees associated with the purchase when at that country)***

Because of that, we offer every computer buyer our “45-Day Warranty” (if your unit is reconditioned or refurbished without a manufacturer warranty) which entitles you a hassle free return (conditons may apply). (5)Quality matters! Sure, there’s going to be something cheaper available. That’s because we refuse to sell something that won’t be reliable and won’t do what you need it to do. Nothing gets cheap without losing something in the process. Usually, the first thing you lose when you buy cheap is QUALITY. The second thing you’ll usually lose is SERVICE. We care about both. Yes. We drop-ship to whatever location that is stated in your order. We also drop-ship to foreign countries. Please be aware that if your are drop-shipping to your customer, delivery can take 5-10 business days (14 to 28 days if overseas). We do not provide expedited shipping for drop-shipping.
